Welcome to the Family Foot Center. We are very excited to help you get back on your feet. You may call at anytime during the day to speak with a receptionist; you may also call after hours and leave a message. We will return your call the following day. Our hours are:
Monday - Friday 8:00AM to 5:00PM
After you have set up an appointment, you will need to arrive at your appointment 15 minutes before to fill out paperwork. You may also print and fill out this paperwork before hand to speed up the process. Provided below:
Patient Paperwork Please make sure you also bring your insurance cards and a photo ID like a drivers license.
